The colour is suppose to be linked to the soil type and the acidity. I really don't know what has happened this year with ours. They've always been pink before but this year they've changed to blue/purple and there are even both blue and pink on one plant. I've never seen that before. Yet they've been really pretty so what ever it is, I hope it happens again next year.
